Based out of Maassluis (the Netherlands), Lely was founded in 1948 by two brothers, Cornelis and Arij van der Lely. Their goal: to provide farmers with advanced and innovative solutions to make their farms and operations more efficient. The invention of the finger wheel rake, followed by a single disc spreader, evolved into a full line of forage solutions for farmers. In 2017, the Lely Forage division was sold to AGCO Corporation so that we can focus solely on providing Dairy Farmers with solutions to help them step into a new era of automation. In 1992, Lely released the first milking robot: The Lely Astronaut. In April 2018, the Astronaut A5 was officially released, making it the sixth version of the Lely Astronaut. Lely North America is located in Pella, IA. The Lely North America headquarters are home to a state of the art training facility as well as a manufacturing facility where they produce all of the LELY equipment for the United States and Canada. Lely offers solutions for Milking, Feeding, Housing and Caring, Animal Health, Dairy XL, and Farm Management Support.

Bioret Agri was founded by the breeder Alain Bioret in 1993, he was one of the pioneers in the innovation of animal comfort.

Since that day the comfort of the breeder and dairy cow became our priority for the creation of the product, research and development.
